Venkat's practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property disputes, and counseling clients who are in the media, technology, and internet-driven spaces. This includes drafting and reviewing agreements, site terms of use and policies, and advising on a variety of other business and legal issues.
Venkat began his legal career as an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. Next Venkat clerked for the Honorable John C. Coughenour (W.D. Wash).
After completing his clerkship, Venkat joined the Business and Tax department of Perkins Coie LLP. Venkat spent the last six years building his own practice, and at an intellectual property and litigation boutique. He also has spent time as in-house counsel at WildTangent, Inc., a Redmond multimedia platform company.Washington and California

Nathan's practice focuses on technology law and commercial transactions for emerging technology, entertainment and media companies. He has over 10 years of experience in dealing with intellectual property licensing, online privacy, product distribution, merger and acquisition, strategic alliance, advertising, joint venture, trademark and copyright issues.
He has negotiated and structured agreements generating over $100 million for his clients.Following his graduation from the University of Michigan Law School, Nathan joined the corporate securities group at Perkins Coie LLP, Seattle's largest full service law firm. He co-founded UrbanEarth.com, Inc., an Internet media company focused on urban music and culture (sold 2000). After UrbanEarth, Nathan became the first full-time employee of WhitePages, Inc, which is currently a profitable 130 employee Internet services company. Between 2000-2002, Nathan, as Vice President of Corporate Development, oversaw WhitePages' day-to-day operations, business development and corporate development ventures. Most recently, Nathan served as WhitePages' General Counsel, where he oversaw the company's entire legal operations.
